Curriculum Overview

Our comprehensive curriculum ensures trainees have the essential skills to thrive in diverse industrial settings, designed in collaboration with governments partners, vocational/technical institutions trainers, and industrial experts to guarantee curriculum relevance in the current industrial landscape. Courses will be treated as projects backed by relevant life examples, experiments or experiences. PAIDMI integrate STEM education with practical training, business courses, and soft skills development. The curriculum is structured into four levels, each building upon the previous one and focusing on different aspects of STEM education and industrialization. And defined by specific learning objectives and course content for each level (foundation, lower intermediary, upper intermediary, advanced), all tailored to meet key industries needs in Africa, with each level focusing on developing industry-relevant technical skills and theoretical knowledge base, as follows;

  1. Foundation Level: – Designed for the workforce facing elementary learning challenges in Literacy and numeracy and built on basic computer literacy skills. They will be introduced as well to basic STEM concepts in mathematics, and science fundamentals, in their various areas of studies e.g. like introduction to Industrialization, Industrial Processes, Engineering Fundamentals, Basic Mathematics & Physics, Communication Skills, First Aid, Firefighting, Safety, Work Ethics and values etc. Management and Basic Business Skills Development and to be backed by the First School Leaving Certificate Exams. (F.S.L.C)
  2. Lower Intermediary Level: – This delves deeper into STEM subjects, including technology and engineering principles, Material Science, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Automation & Robotics Fundamentals, Artificial intelligence (A.I.) Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Operations Management, Financial Analysis and Project Management Fundamentals to be backed by the Ordinary Levels (O/L) GCE certificate level exams.
  1. Upper Intermediary Level: – Advanced coursework in industrial processes, project management, and sustainable development, Machine Tools & Operations, Welding Techniques, Industrial Automation, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Quality Control & Inspection, robotics, Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing Strategies, backed by the Advance Level (A.L) certificate exams.
  1. Advanced Level: – Specialized training in particular specialties, in cutting-edge technologies and innovation in Advanced Topics in Industrialization, Mechatronics, Industrial Plant Maintenance, Project Management, Advanced Manufacturing Techniques, Industrial Safety Engineering, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, management, leadership skills and Entrepreneurship to be backed by Higher Diplomas and University Certifications

Training programs are backed by short and long courses.  Short courses for accreditation and long courses for certification.
