Seasoned Trainers: Our faculty will comprise for a start of instructors from technical colleges, professional institutions of higher learning, universities, and experienced engineers from the industry to serve as contract teachers, coaches and mentors, leveraging on the best learning videos.

 Practical sessions. This aspect contributes to program credits and generate income that goes into subsidizing the cost of training for some trainees, where necessary.                                                            For a start, practical session will be carried out in partnership with accredited local apprenticeship workshops, garages and project sites. These workshops will be audited and certified for standardization. The promoters of these centers will be updated and undergo compliance training or orientation on regular basis.                                                                                                                                    As the program evolves, PAIDMI state of art workshops will be established for the various specialties on or off Campus. Accredit workshops will be allowed to refer challenging tasks to the Academy’s workshops for solutions. Special credit points will be allocated for solving such challenges. This allows learners to enhance their experience, by providing such services to the community, while showcasing or demonstrating their expertise.
